Vulture and Humanity - Motivational story
A young vulture lived with his parents. One day, the vulture child turned to his father and said, "Father, I'm hungry."
"Alright, just wait a moment. I'll fetch food for you," replied the vulture father. He began to prepare to take flight. However, his child interrupted, "Wait, Father, today I have a taste for human flesh."
"Very well, I'll see what I can do," the vulture father said, gently nuzzling his son's head with his beak before taking off towards a human settlement.
Upon reaching the settlement, the vulture circled around for a while but couldn't find any success. Exhausted and defeated, he returned to the nest with a piece of pig's meat. Upon seeing this, the baby vulture expressed disappointment, "Father, I asked for human flesh, but you brought pig's meat."
The vulture felt embarrassed and said, "Alright, give me a little time." Once again, he took flight, searching far and wide, but he couldn't find any success. On his way back to the nest, he spotted a dead cow, breaking off a piece of its meat with his sharp beak and taking it home.
Observing this, the baby vulture suddenly grew upset and exclaimed, "Father, this is cow's meat. I desire human flesh. Can't you fulfill my wish?"
Hearing his son's plea, the vulture felt deeply embarrassed. He devised a plan to achieve his son's wish. He took a large piece of pig meat and placed it inside the boundary wall of a mosque. Then, he picked up the cow meat and tossed it near a temple. The small pieces of meat played their role, and soon the whole city was ablaze with fire. By nightfall, human corpses lay scattered everywhere.
Witnessing this, the vulture was elated. He cut a sizable portion of meat from a human body and brought it back to the nest. The baby vulture was overjoyed and inquired, "Father, how did this happen? Where did you find so much human flesh?"
The vulture replied, "Son, humans consider themselves the most intelligent beings, yet they descend to brutality without thought, worse than animals, over the smallest disputes. There have been vultures disguised as humans doing this for centuries. I took advantage of that and turned them into creatures more savage than animals."
The story leaves us with a question: How long will these vultures among us continue to manipulate us? And how long will we let our humanity slip away over trivial matters, spilling human blood?

गिद्ध शर्मिंदा हुआ और बोला, "ठीक है, मुझे थोड़ा समय दीजिए।" एक बार फिर वह उड़ गया, दूर-दूर तक खोजता रहा, लेकिन उसे कोई सफलता नहीं मिली।
घोंसले की ओर लौटते समय उसे एक मृत गाय दिखाई दी, उसने अपनी तीखी चोंच से उसका मांस तोड़कर घर ले गया।
यह देखकर गिद्ध का बच्चा अचानक परेशान हो गया और बोला, "पिताजी, यह गाय का मांस है। मुझे मनुष्य का मांस चाहिए। क्या आप मेरी इच्छा पूरी नहीं कर सकते?"
अपने बेटे की विनती सुनकर गिद्ध को बहुत शर्मिंदगी महसूस हुई। उसने अपने बेटे की इच्छा पूरी करने के लिए एक योजना बनाई। उसने सुअर के मांस का एक बड़ा टुकड़ा लिया और उसे एक मस्जिद की चारदीवारी के अंदर रख दिया।
फिर उसने गाय का मांस उठाया और उसे एक मंदिर के पास फेंक दिया। मांस के छोटे-छोटे टुकड़ों ने अपनी भूमिका निभाई और जल्द ही पूरा शहर आग की लपटों में घिर गया। रात होते-होते हर जगह इंसानों की लाशें बिखरी पड़ी थीं।
यह देखकर गिद्ध बहुत खुश हुआ। उसने एक इंसान के शरीर से मांस का एक बड़ा हिस्सा काटा और उसे वापस घोंसले में ले आया। बच्चा गिद्ध बहुत खुश हुआ और उसने पूछा, "पिताजी, यह कैसे हुआ? आपको इतना सारा इंसानी मांस कहाँ से मिला?"
गिद्ध ने जवाब दिया, "बेटा, इंसान खुद को सबसे बुद्धिमान प्राणी समझता है, फिर भी वह बिना सोचे-समझे, जानवरों से भी बदतर, छोटी-छोटी बातों पर क्रूरता पर उतर आता है।
सदियों से इंसानों के वेश में गिद्ध ऐसा करते रहे हैं। मैंने इसका फायदा उठाया और उन्हें जानवरों से भी ज़्यादा क्रूर बना दिया।"
