Kilkari Bhairav Jayanti
It is also known as Bhairavashtami, Bhairav Jayanti, Kaal-Bhairav Ashtami and Kaal-Bhairav Jayanti. Bhairav is worshipped especially for success, wealth, health and obstacle removal. The devotee gets freedom from the fear of sin and death by observing a fast on Bhairav Ashtami.
In the national capital of Delhi, this festival is celebrated on the day of Dwitiya or the next Sunday after it. And in the surrounding area, Bhairav Jayanti is celebrated according to Kilkari Bhairav Temple.
