Pradosh Vrat | प्रदोष व्रत
Pradosh Vrat is observed on Trayodashi Tithi (13th day) of both Krishna Paksha and Shukla Paksha. Hence, it comes twice every month in the Hindu calendar.
What is pradosh time?
The reason for Pradosh Vrat is that the Trayodashi Tithi of the month falls during Pradosh Kaal. Pradosh Kaal starts 45 minutes before sunset and ends 45 minutes after sunset.

Shiv shakti stotram or Ardhanarishvara Stotra was composed by Sri Adi Shankaracharya. It portrays the concept that Creator and Creation are one, embodied in Ardhanarishvara, a composite form of Shiva and Shakti (Shiva Shakti) in one body.
This form highlights that Shiva transcends gender, encompassing both masculine and feminine aspects. Shiva represents the unmanifested, while Shakti represents the manifested.
